Drivers must be officially declared as the "Second Soldiers of the Nation".

A compensation of Rs 20 Lakh for accidental death and Rs 10 Lakh plus free treatment for severe injuries must be provided.

A monthly pension of Rs 5000 must be sanctioned for all drivers above the age of 55.

Government housing (at least two rooms) must be allotted to every driver's family.
